AcPlus Picco

The ACPlus range of software also includes software to drive the Picco, a remote data capture device. The Picco system consists of the radio handset which communicates with a base station receiver attached to a standard PC serial port. The handset has an 8 * 20 character display, a keypad and a laser scanner to scan barcodes.

The ACPlus software allows for real-time or batch updating into the ACPlus Stock system.
Features of ACPlus Picco include:

Stock Enquiry - Scanning of items displays information on the Picco screen, such as quantities in stock, a description of the item, and its price
Stocktake - Speed up the stocktake process by simply scanning the item, and entering the quantity in stock for each item
Receipts - Receiving batches of stock is easy, simply scan the item, and the Picco will prompt for the quantity to receive and the value
Stock Transfers - Scan a batch of stock ready for transfer to another branch. Processing the batch in the ACPlus Picco system will then automatically move the stock details from one stock location to another
