AcPlus EPOS v6™ - EPOS Software & Systems
AcPlus EPOS v6 is a fully comprehensive EPOS system designed to integrated with AcPlus Accounts, Stock and Datamail programs. It can operate “Live” allowing on-screen displaying of stock levels and offers, as well as updating the back-office accounts system on-the-fly. Customer details are stored in the Datamail system, offering reporting and history analysis, and for those customers with an account, sales can be easily booked to their account, or payments made to their account balance at the till. AcPlus EPOS v6 offers many advanced stock facilities such as quantity pricing, multi-buy discounts and account/group discounts and pricing. Stock searching is quick and easy, and also included is the ability to-do mid-sale stock enquiries displaying levels, pricing and special offers. The user interface is easy to learn and is designed to work well with touch screens. The main EPOS screen features shortcuts for frequently sold items and categories, and is totally customisable. Reporting facilities are available showing analysis of sales assistant, or items, and showing the best/most profitable items sold. The “End Of Day” print shows a per-till breakdown of sales totals, VAT, nominal, discounts and price changes, refunds and part-exchanges etc. Other features included layaways, allowing partly completed sales to be set aside and resumed later, perhaps even on another tills. “UFTs” - Unfinished Transactions are supported, allowing stock to be allocated and deposits and multiple payments made at a later date until the sale is complete. Receipts and VAT receipts are totally customisable, and are shown on-screen at the time of the sale.
