The ACPlus Accounts system can be run as a standalone accounts system, or integrated with SOPS and POPS

• Periodised accounting. Unlimited numbers of periods can be used within the system, with up to 3 periods being open at one time

• Payment run, allows easy payment to your suppliers. BACS output is supported for transfer to your bank
• Factors can be set up, so that cheques and remittance advices notes go direct to the factor
• Invoices and credits can be processed, with reprints being available at any time, either singly or in batches
• Standing orders and direct debits
• Asset register, with automatic asset depreciation
• Debt chasing letters can be produced, according to the age of the debts. Letters are customisable by you
• Cash book posting, for both petty cash expenditure and non account cash sales

• Journals can be entered, including single-sided journals, and automatic reversing journals
• VAT control and VAT information, including cheque allocation history

• Transaction drill-down, and reprinting can be performed in any period
